A. The app creates random, fully-voiced, circuit-based workouts based on the settings you select on the Set Up and Go screen. Every workout session features a unique selection of circuits from a pool of hundreds.

Q. Is there a subscription plan?
A. No – there are no hidden costs once the app is installed. Once you’ve bought the app, you have full access to all features forever.

Q. Is it suitable for beginners?
A. Yes – all circuits feature easy, medium and hard instructions, so you can pick the intensity level that suits you best. There are also optional instructional videos for every exercise.
